Episode 37 | Best Carnaval In The world

Is it the best Carnaval in the world? The locals think so. As for me I think it’s insanely fabulous. Everyone participates and gets dressed up in costume. The drink and dance until early in the morning. It’s all great fun, and in all this I help a friend with a boat issue.
